What makes PCC’s mission meaningful to you?
What makes PCC’s mission meaningful to you?

PCC’s mission supports people that come from so many different walks in life that almost everyone can empathize with someone that PCC assists. From developmental disabilities to supportive housing to literacy training, these issues are woven into a large percentage of the families in New Jersey and beyond. I also grew up in Bridgewater, where PCC is located, and to see this organization be such a pillar to the local community is very meaningful to me.

What is your "day job"?

I work in real estate development, which essentially means I look for and build industrial, residential and other building types to provide opportunities to users and/or tenants to occupy them. Being that the real estate itself is part of the backbone of PCC, there are a lot of synergies with my day job.

What are your passions and past times?
What are your passions and past times?
Sports have always been a part of my life. Playing baseball at Prince Rogers Park, golf at Green Knoll Golf Course and soccer for Bridgewater Raritan High School took up most of my weekends for my entire childhood. All of these are within 5 miles of PCC. While my baseball and soccer careers are long past, I still golf, or try to golf at least.
What is your favorite food?
What is your favorite food?
I love mixing it up with food so generally eat multiple cuisines week to week but if I had to pick one, it’d have to be chicken parm with vodka sauce. And to answer the follow up question, no, chicken parm with marinara sauce doesn’t compare.
What is your vision for PeopleCare and where do you see us in 5 years?
What is your vision for PeopleCare and where do you see us in 5 years?
PeopleCare is both an organization and a facility. It also has a robust potential tenant pool and if the real estate and carry costs are reasonable, the math can be replicated to other locations. It may take an altruistic real estate owner or finding a diamond in the rough, but I’d love to see the concept expand to other townships.
